1970 Honda CT70 H
This is the hard to find H model with the manual clutch and 4 speed!
It has 2,676 actual miles on it.
Watch the video and see the pictures below.
It is a survivor and I personally rebuilt the engine when it was at 1,464 miles so the fresh motor now has 1212 miles on it.
It got new valves, valve seat cuts, bored one over from stock cylinder,
new OEM piston and rings and gaskets.
I have been servicing it since 2006. We replaced the tires a few years back and they still look like new. We rebuilt the
carburetor 5 months ago. It has new fork boots, air filter, battery and petcock seals and fresh oil. No oil leaks, no engine smoke, no engine noises, clutch does not slip and it starts first kick every time if you choke it when cold and no choke when warm. It needs nothing mechanical.
All lights, horn and charging works well.
The original paint is rough but no real rust issues as it has lived here in the
desert most of its life. The original seat cover needs to be replaced and the underside of the seat or metal pan is cracked but you can not tell while riding it.
This is a great little bike to ride around the camp ground, take a quick trip to the store or if you need a fun hobby you could do a complete cosmetic restore.
Please feel confident before you
make the commitment to buy.
I have sold thousands of motorcycles from this same location since 1976.

TITLE AND REGISTRATION:
Registration is good until October 2020
We have the clear title, shown in
the last picture. I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV. If you are
in California then I will also collect the tax of 7.75% plus a documentation
processing charge of $70.00. Plus the registration fee of $15.00
My buyers (you) never pay DMV registration penalties.
I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new
registration will come to you in the mail.
If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will
pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must
have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill
Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the
7.75% sales tax
If you are less than 150 miles away then I can offer delivery for a fee
on a case by case basis if paid in advance.
My customers have used many different competitively priced door to door
shipping services. No crating ever needed.
A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots
of options. Depending on the size and distance an average size street bike
might cost anywhere from $450.00
to $650.00. Please make your own arrangements and then give your company my
phone number and address. Sam's Cycle Service Inc. 34-044 Bob Hope Dr. Rancho
Mirage Ca. 92270 Phone 760-343-3131.
I am here
to assist. If you are out of state then please let your shipper know that
we will need a Bill Of Lading when picked up.
Financing and payment:
We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel
confident enough then you can leave a 10% deposit via credit card to hold your
bike for up to 10 days.
Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 days at no cost.
This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.
We do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.
You can do a bank wire transfer; cash in person or even a check. The check must
take its 10 full days to clear my account before you take delivery.
