Super nice second owner Vintage Air Head with only 15,270 actual miles!

All original including the paint and seat! No rust anywhere! Between January 19 / 2019 and 2/21/2023 the second owner paid us $5,054.00 for service and only rode it for 208 miles.

Yes this was an expensive ride!

He has too many fun toys and decided that he did not have time for them all.

Here is a basic list of what we did too it:

New Metzler tires, rebuilt all brake masters and calipers, new turn signal relay. Rebuilt the carburetors, replaced hoses and installed new fuel petcocks. Replaced the battery and the starter motor. Full tune and service including the valve adjustment.

This is a beautiful bike! It is amazing to find one in this great condition!

The only complaints would be the tiny specs on the side of the gas tank paint and the rubbed areas on the original seat material where it looks like there was once a set of rear bags hanging on the back of the seat. Please look at the pictures and come take a closer look.

Once you see it up close you will have a good understanding for what a great find this is.

The paint is original as is the entire bike!

It is big enough for your long summer adventure and agile enough for around town.

It does not have any leaks of any type. It performs like new. Everything works as it did when new so it needs nothing.

It starts up instantly hot or cold and runs very smooth.

and get you on your adventure back home.

TITLE AND REGISTRATION:

We have the clear title as shown in the pictures. The California registration was just paid and is current through February 8-2024.

The following depends on where you live and what you intend to do with this bike.

If you are in California and intend to register and title it in California then I will do this for you.

I will also collect the approximate tax of 7.75% based on your city plus a documentation processing charge of $70.00. Plus the transfer and title fee of $15.00

I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 7.75% sales tax.

SHIPPING:

If you are less than 150 miles away then I can offer delivery for a fee on a case by case basis if paid in advance.

My customers have used many different competitively priced door to door shipping services. No crating ever needed.

A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots of options. Depending on the size and distance an average size street bike might cost anywhere from $450.00

I am here to assist. If you are out of state then please let your shipper know that we will need a Bill Of Lading when picked up.

PAYMENT:

We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a $500.00 deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

We do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.

You can do a bank wire transfer; cash in person or even a check. The check must take its 10 full days to clear my account before you take delivery.

Super nice second owner cruiser with only 8810 actual miles.

The owner lives in Canada and is not here enough to ride it so is letting it go.

He had it fully serviced 2 years ago and has only riden it about 200 miles since.

This is in amazing condition for any age. All original paint looks very good except for 3 tiny imperfections as pointed out in the pictures on the front fender and fuel tank. The seat has a small tear that had upholstry tape over it.

These Vulcans are very reliable and practical, get very good gas mileage, sits very low to the ground, is comfortabe for long trips and agile enough for around town.

Belt dirven and fuel injected is nice. Comes as pictured with the owners book and 3 keys for the ignition and 3 for the locking trunk. The rear tire is at about half life and the front is closer to new.

There are no leaks of any kind and no mechanical problems or concerns. Everything works like new.
