This is a very nice low miles Vespa 200 cc scooter. It was lady owned and stored in South Palm Springs for over 6 years. We picked it up and did a complete professional storage revival plus changed ALL the fluids.

We rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the fuel petcock, changed hoses, did a full inspection and replaced the battery.

It has some small scratches as you might expect for a 2005 model. It needs nothing and is ready for your next adventure. It has a nice upgraded Corbin Seat which is more comfortable and sits closer to the ground.includes the front grip/ brake lock and the original seat as a spare.

It is lots of fun, has a top speed of 75 MPH and gets fantastic gas mileage at about 65 miles per gallon according to Fuelly.com. It has only 5,610 miles on the odometer and is in very solid mechanical condition.

There are no leaks of any kind. The engine sounds and performs fantastic

as you would expect for a legendary / quality Vespa scooter.

My Mother was the talk of the town back in the 1950's when she rode her Vespa all over South Bend Indiana.

I think that her waving blond hair in the wind is why I am here today!

Title and Registration

The clear title is shown in the last picture.

The registration is current through 3/18/2025

If you are in California then we will collect the DMV transfer and new title fee of $15.00.

I will also collect the tax of approximately 7.75% depending on your city rate plus a documentation processing charge of $70.00.

If sold after 12/18/24 then I would also collect the registration fees to bring it current through 3/18/2026

I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV.

My buyers (you) never pay DMV registration penalties.

I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration and title will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 7.75% sales tax

Shipping:

If you are less than 150 miles away then I can offer delivery for a fee on a case by case basis if paid in advance.

My customers have used many different competitively priced door to door shipping services. No crating ever needed.

A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots of options. Depending on the size and distance

I am here to assist. If you are out of state then please let your shipper know that we will need a Bill Of Lading when picked up.

Payment:

We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a 10% deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

We do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.

You can do a bank wire transfer; cash in person or even a check. The check must take its 10 full days to clear my account before you take delivery.
