Super nice, fuel injected and close to mint or pristine condition with just 2084 actual miles. The only flaw is a tiny blemish on the front fender as shown in the pictures.

The owner bought it new from Vespa of Austin in 2013. The upgrades were done when new and include the tall windscreen and trunk with pasenger pad.

It comes as pictured with the matching helmet, cover, charger, owners book and 4 keys.

At odometer reading of 2012 miles we did a full service, changed all the fluids and installed new Pirelli Diablo tires.

It needs nothing and is ready for your summer adventure!

It gets about 70 miles per gallon and I just got it up to 75 miles per hour on my side street.

Top speed is claimed at 80 mph.

Vespa's are proven, well supported and high quality. Please be careful with the new flashy cheepo scooters
with names that do not sound familiar. There are a lot of "brand new" China made scooters out there. I do not know of any reputable service shop that will work on them and parts availability is most often a big problem.

PAYMENT: We prefer cash in person or a bank wire transfer. We do accept any form of paper note but it must take a full 10 days to clear my account before you take delivery. We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a $100.00 non-refundable deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 more days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

Unless you are willing to pay the 2% additional credit card fee then we do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.

TITLE AND REGISTRATION:
We have the clear title as shown in the last picture. The registration is good through March 2024.

I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV as a dealer and vehicle VIN verifier. If you are in California then I will also collect the tax of about 7.75% (depending on your City rate) plus a documentation processing charge of $70.00. Plus the registration transfer and title fee of $15.00

My buyers (you) never pay registration penalties.

I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new documents will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the sales tax.

Your state should give you an exemption so you will not pay sales tax twice.

SHIPPING: If you are less than 150 miles away then I am willing to deliver on a case by case pre-paid agreement. If you are more than 150 miles away:

1999 BMW R1100rt $1,600.00 runs well needs work.

I have seen a few of these running strong with over a half of a million miles on them and quite a few with over 250,000 miles running strong. This one has 119,533 miles on it and runs well but needs some work. It starts right up and sounds very healthy. Shifting is smooth and rides well. The ABS light is on. It is very common that a fluid flush

will make the light go out. If you had the seat recovered and replaced the fork seals it would be a great commuter.

The tires look good. The owner wants to sell as is soo this might be a good oportunity for you to save some money if you have the time to put into it. The locking side bags could be sold on ebay for close to $500.00. This bike runs too well to part it out but if you had the time to do it or found someone that had a crashed one that neede parts like forks then it might selll for close to $2500.00 in parts.

I am a lisenced vehicle vin verifier and this bike does have the California approved emissions label under the seat so I will trasfer it to you with a California title unless you live out of state.
