Bought new in the San Francisco Bay area and serviced there plus serviced here at Sams Cycle.

This bike has never been droppped and is in almost pristine or mint condition other than the crack in the plastic

under the left mirror which was caused during shipping.

There is no rust anywhere. It runs same as new and everything works as new.

This bike actually has collector value now. Hard to believe that 2000 was 24 years ago!

More amazing it the low miles, one owner status and the nice condition!

It is all stock except for the carbon fiber exhaust and the Corbin seat.

Comes with all the extras as shown in the pictures. 

Includes: bike stand, 3 helmets, 2 pairs of gloves, battery charger and Ducati cover.

At odometer reading 5,652 we installed and computer balanced new Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT tires

and replaced the valve stems. We also used full synthetic oil and changed all the fluids including flushing and bleeding the cooling system and the brakes plus replaced the air filter and the battery.

2 years later and he had only ridden it 116 miles so at odometer reading 5,768 on February 16/2024 we picked it up again and revived it from indoor storage. 

This time we replaced the battery again plus the fuel pump, low fuel sensor and the internal hoses and fittings.

Combined costs was $4,454.76

It needs nothing and is ready for your summer adventure!

REGISTRATION  AND  TITLE

 

 I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV.

My buyers (you) never pay DMV registration penalties.

The registration is paid and current through 1/16/2025

 If you are in California then we will collect the DMV registration, transfer and new title fee of $15.00

 I will also collect the tax of approximately 7.75% depending on your city rate plus a documentation processing charge of $70.00.   I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 7.75% sales tax.

Please check with your state but you should only pay sales tax one time so would have an exemption in your state after paying tax in California.

Shipping

If you are less than 150 miles away then I can offer delivery for a fee on a case by case basis if paid in advance.

My customers have used many different competitively priced door to door shipping services. No crating ever needed.

A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots of options. Depending on the size and distance 

I am here to assist. If you are out of state then please let your shipper know that we will need a Bill Of Lading when picked up.

Financing and payment:

We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a 10% deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

We do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.

You can do a bank wire transfer; cash in person or even a check. The check must take its 10 full days to clear my account before you take delivery.
